Try changing the "From City" or "To City" to bigger cities, which may have buses that stop there.
Try changing the "Departure Date" to another date when there may be a bus service running.
How to Cancel or Change my Ticket?
For all changes or cancelations contact the Bus Operator directly, before the time of departure.
Most Bus and Taxi Operators do allow changes prior to the departure depending on the fare rules of the purchased ticket, but may impose a penalty fee for the requested change.
Please contact the Bus or Taxi Operator directly for refunds. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions accepted when purchasing a ticket.
How much luggage can I take?
Each Operator has their own luggage policy. A general guideline is that each fare-paying passenger is permitted to take two pieces of luggage, free of charge and at their own risk. Each item of luggage should not exceed 80 cm x 60 cm x 30 cm in size and be of a total mass not exceeding 20 kg for local South African routes, and 30 kg for cross-border routes. Please refer to your chosen Operator’s luggage policy to ensure there are no complications.
Can my infant (18 months or younger) travel with me?
Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the travel operator you intend to travel with.
In general, children under the age of 18 months may travel on their parent / guardian’s lap for free, provided that they do not occupy a seat and there is only one child per adult.
Children over the age of 18months should occupy a seat and present a full paid ticket on the day of departure.
Cross border travel requires an affidavit from the parent that is not travelling with the child. Note: You must check all travel terms with the travel operator first.
